This page explains what personal data this website processes, why, who helps us process it, and what you can ask us to do. The site sets no cookies and makes no requests to third-party servers when you load it: fonts are served from our own domain, and there is no analytics or advertising tracking.

Each provider acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Where data is transferred to the USA, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Report requests are kept for 24 months after your last request, so that repeat requests do not trigger repeat emails, and then deleted. Emails you send us are kept as long as the conversation is relevant, and no longer than statutory retention periods require. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period only.
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Email info@procxcel.com — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; ours is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (LDI NRW). Providing your email is voluntary, but without it we cannot send the report.
Data shared with us in the course of an engagement — supplier data, contracts, spend extracts — is governed by the written agreement and data processing agreement for that engagement and is never used for any other client.
